The annual celebration of weaponry and gimmickry is upon us in the form of WWE Extreme Rules 2017.

WWE Raw’s championship chases will be colored with unusual match stipulations on Sunday’s pay-per-view. A kendo stick will be at the center of Alexa Bliss and Bayley’s Raw Women’s Championship bout.
The Hardy Boyz will clash with Cesaro and Sheamus inside a steel cage for the red brand’s tag titles.

And in an odd twist, the main event for the established PPV (Extreme Rules) will be the precursor for the brand new one (Great Balls of Fire).

Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Finn Balor, Samoa Joe and Bray Wyatt are set to fight in a Fatal 5-Way match to decide the No. 1 contender for the Universal Championship. The winner will go on to face Brock Lesnar for that strap at July’s Raw-branded event.
