President Ramnath Kovind, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and Team India captain Virat Kohli have been suspected of a terrorist attack. According to the news agency, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) received an anonymous letter threatening the attack. After this, Delhi Police on Tuesday directed to increase the safety of the players of Team India.
The NIA later sent this letter to the BCCI as well. The first match of the three T20 matches between India and Bangladesh will be played on 3 November at Delhi’s Arun Jaitley Stadium. According to Delhi Police sources, the list of letters received to the NIA also includes the names of senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader LK Advani, BJP Working President JP Nadda and Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat.
