The political crisis of Karnataka is deepening. Now after not accepting resignation, rebel MLAs have filed petition in the Supreme Court against Speaker Ramesh Kumar. MLAs have accused the speaker that Ramesh Kumar is not following his constitutional duties. He is deliberately delaying acceptance of resignation. This case can be heard on Thursday in the Supreme Court.¬†Assembly speaker Ramesh Kumar did not accept the resignation of 8 of the 13 MLAs on Tuesday. He said, “The resignation of 8 out of 13 legislators is not legally correct. It has also given information to Governor Vajubhai Patel about this. No rebel legislator has met me. I have assured the governor that I will work under the constitution. Of the five MLAs who are right to resign, I have given three MLAs 12 July and two MLAs to meet on 15th July. “
