In the search for the Indian Air Force Transport Aircraft AN-32, the best 4 mountaineers of the ITBP and 5 personnel of the Air Force were sent on Wednesday morning. The jawans were evacuated to the Nanda Devi base camp via Advance Light helicopter. All these young men will join the already existing search operation. AN-32 had flew from Jorhat Airport of Assam on Monday. There were 13 passengers, including crew members.

On Tuesday, in search of AN-32, the Navy’s Spy Aircraft and ISRO’s Satellite were attached to the search. Air Force has sent Sukhoi-30 and C-130 aircraft to the search operation. Jorhat Airport is close to the China border. The aircraft’s contact was broken when flying from Manchuka Airfield of Arunachal.
